The guide price is £17 an hour, with a 2-hour minimum (£34). That minimum exists because travel, set-up and a proper kitchen or bathroom already take the first stretch of a visit. You get the price in writing before any work starts. There is no rotating team — the same person comes back unless we agree otherwise.

A typical domestic visit is the lived-in house, not a museum reset. I usually work through kitchens and bathrooms first, then dusting, vacuuming, mopping and a tidy of the rooms you actually use. Sills, taps, hob, sink, toilet, bath or shower, floors and the obvious clutter-on-surfaces jobs sit in that window.

It is not a top-to-bottom deep clean and it is not an end-of-tenancy handover. Inside ovens, pulling out every appliance, high-level cobwebs in unused rooms, and years of neglected grout need a different ticket and a different price.
What I bring, and what I need from you
I can bring products, or use yours if you prefer. Named products or ingredients to avoid are respected — say so when you book. Access is the other practical: a key safe, a neighbour, or you in for the first visit. Enhanced DBS and public liability insurance are in place because letting somebody into your home is a big deal.

Call, WhatsApp, email or use the form on the homepage. Tell me the postcode, roughly how many rooms, whether you want weekly or fortnightly, and any no-go products. I will come back with a clear hourly plan, not a mystery package name. If a first visit needs longer than the standing slot, we can treat that as a one-off or a deep clean and then settle into the regular hours.
